You pay the plan price for each server under management. 3+ servers get 5% off, 5+ get 10%, 10+ get 15% and 25+ get 20%. You can add servers from your dashboard at any time — you only pay for the days left in the current cycle.
A request you send to our human engineers — for example "investigate this slow site" or "install this extension". Problems the AI detects and fixes by itself do not use tickets.
Every AI action — a diagnosis, a proposed fix, a report — uses credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance per server, and you can top up with credit packs. A typical fix uses around five credits.
No setup fees and no long-term contract — plans are monthly, or yearly with 2 months free.
